A 300 meter channel on Jalan Budi Mulya, RW 14, Pademangan Barat Urban Village, Pademangan Sub-district, North Jakarta was dredged by PPSU personnel. Previously, the channel was full with trash and mud and caused puddle around the location during tidal wave or rain.
T he puddle could reach five centimeter.
Roytho Harahap, Pademangan Barat Urban Village Head, admitted channel was almost covered with mud. Jalan Budi Mulya was often inundated during rainy season.
“The puddle could reach five centimeter. We deployed 15 personnel to clean the channel,” he said, Monday (3/7).
40 Mud Sacks Transported from Channel on Jalan Imam MahbudAs many as 30 mud sacks were transported from the channel. His side would routinely monitor and dredge channel.
